Made of durable flexible plastic, they are equipped with a double-gear binding for easy locking; while the bindings into which the boots are hooked are padded with EVA to keep the foot comfortable during long walks. Nunavut snowshoes are equipped with a heel lift that helps you walk more easily uphill, allowing for less fatigue in the calves. Finally, the front and rear steel crampons offer a strong grip on both ice and snow, even where it is more solid or windy.
